We ship to all the 48 contiguous states, Hawaii, Alaska, and International. 

Your order ETA is based on a combination of your product's production time and delivery window. Accessories that are in stock at Pigeon's Roller Skate Shop are typically packed and shipped within 1-5 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday). You'll know your order has shipped once you receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

After your order has been shipped, delivery time will depend on the courier/delivery option used for your package (UPS Ground, USPS, or other for international orders). Please consider and anticipate delays from couriers due to COVID-19, inclement weather, etc. 

Out of stock or custom items have varying wait times depending on production time. If you’d like an estimated time of completion or status update on your order, please email customerservice@pigeonskates.com.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We’ve provided a shipping calculator at checkout so that you can anticipate what these costs may be. Your shipping charge is based on the weight of your items

International Shipping

If you would like to purchase items from our shop, here are some things to know about international orders with Pigeon's Roller Skate Shop:

  • The shipping and handling may be more expensive so we recommend checking in with your local shops first.
  • The time frame we provide is our best *estimate* for delivery but we can’t truly guarantee a time frame for international deliveries due to customs, delays, etc.
  • Some countries will charge the receiver a customs fee for out of country purchases before delivering a package. Pigeon's Roller Skate Shop is not responsible for extra customs fees.
  • We’ve provided a customs calculator at checkout so that you can anticipate what these fees may look like! For the most accurate customs estimates, be sure to contact your local post office or customs office with your questions.
  • All of our prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). The order total will be converted to your local currency after checkout, so you may want to double check your order total in your local currency before finalizing your purchase.
  • We will not alter the price of merchandise on any invoice or customs documentation. All products will be shipped as merchandise.
  • We are unable to ship Moxi/Riedell items to Australia and New Zealand.
  • Pigeon's Roller Skate Shop does NOT ship to 3rd party international relay services. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for relay services. If we suspect you are using a service we will cancel your order immediately.
  • Pigeon Skates does not offer international warranties for any skates/skate accessories. This includes, but is not limited to: Riedell skates, Moxi Skates, Sure-Grip Skates, etc.
  • We do not offer returns/exchanges on international orders. 


Combining Orders

Multiple orders cannot be combined. Please be sure to put all items that you wish to purchase in a single order.


Tracking Your Order

You can track your order and deliveries by logging in to your Pigeon's Roller Skate Shop account. As your items are packed and shipped, we upload tracking information for your order. If you do not see any tracking information, it is likely that your order is still being processed. You will receive a separate email from Pigeon's Roller Skate Shop once your order ships. We recommend double-checking your spam folder for order and tracking updates from Pigeon's Roller Skate Shop. If an order includes multiple items, your order may arrive in several packages. 


Route Package Insurance 

In an effort to provide more safety and assurance for our customers, we're happy to announce that Pigeon’s Roller Skate Shop is now partnered with Route, a shipping insurance company that offers complete protection for all of our guests. Additionally, you can download and use the free Route app to track shipments and view order history with us and any of your favorite Route enabled retailers all from one login. 

Rather than having to file a claim with a courier such as UPS, you can use Route's simple dashboard and they'll handle all the complexity for you. Package insurance is a separate fee that's calculated based on the items in your order. It's automatically added to every order, and it must be manually excluded if a customer chooses to not purchase it. 

Packages are not often lost, but Route has been a good safeguard in cases when there have been issues with delivery. Most common scenarios are covered. If there's an issue with your package, please be sure to file the claim in a timely manner to maximize the possibility it will be covered. 


Lost Packages

Before we can assist with making a claim, make sure to check your front doors, back doors, porches, apartment foyer, front desk, mailbox, etc. It's *extremely* common for mail carriers to deliver packages to a neighboring address so check in with your neighbors as well! Also, packages can sometimes show as delivered before actually arriving at their final destination so your package may still be on its way.

If you're still unable to locate your package, we can give you instructions to file a claim. Please keep in mind that if you did not purchase our shipping insurance with your order, we can not replace or reimburse your items. In this case, we will have to wait for the courier to find them.
