Thanks for shopping with us! In the unfortunate event that you need to return/exchange/cancel an item you purchased with us, please follow our guidelines.
First, contact us! customerservice@pigeonskates.com with your order number and the issue. We will then give you instructions including return mailing address.
Please do not send returns/exchanges to the shop on 4th street. We receive all returns at our warehouse in Signal Hill. Please contact us so that we can give you instructions and proper return address.
We have a 30 day return policy. We document the delivery of all orders on your account and will not accept exchanges and returns after 30 days of delivery.
When returning and/or exchanging items, it is imperative that you follow these guidelines:
You must contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return/exchange.
- All returns, refunds and cancellation of orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee. This 5% fee is charged to us from our credit card company when you make your purchase and is not returned to us if an order is canceled or refunded.
Product must be in new, unused condition. We do not accept used skates.
- No returns/exchanges on SALE or CUSTOM items. All customs and discounted items are final sale.
Products must be returned with all accessories/components they arrived to you with (laces, tools, original packaging, etc)
For any signs of minor wear and tear (scuffs, dirt, etc), items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to $30.
Accessories and/or skates that have been clearly used will be refused and returned to the sender.
Orders that are marked "refused/returned to shipper" by the customer are not allowed. Customers will be subject to a minimum 10% fee if this occurs.
Please do not place tape on/write on/place return labels directly on skate boxes. Please use a secondary box to use around your skate box return/exchange. If this is disregarded a minimum $30 fee may be charged.
All Returns/Exchanges must be sent within 2 weeks of approval. If you need additional time, please contact us for a time extension.
You must ship the product back to us and provide a tracking number to us for proof of return.
If we made a mistake on the shipment, we will pay for the return shipping to us and send out the correct product ASAP. Please contact us to initiate this type of return.
- We do not accept international returns/exchanges on custom items. If you'd like to return/exchange products in your order the customer is responsible for paying shipping both ways.
Replacement / Warranty
If a product has a warranty issue please contact us immediately. We will provide you with information on replacement.
International Warranties
Pigeon Skates does not offer international warranties for any skates/skate accessories. This includes, but is not limited to: Riedell skates, Moxi Skates, Sure-Grip Skates etc. We encourage purchasing your skates from your local skate shop.
IN-STORE POLICY:
No refunds, only exchanges. In-store exchanges must be made within 30-days of purchase. Receipt is required.
