What If My Package Is Missing, Lost or Stolen?

Before following up with us please make sure to check your front doors/backdoors/porches/apartment foyer/front desk/mail box. It's extremely common for mail carriers to deliver packages to a neighboring address so check in with your neighbors as well! Packages can sometimes show as delivered before actually arriving to the final destination so please wait at least 24 hours to contact Pigeon's Roller Skate Shop (your package may still be in transit!)

If you're still unable to locate your package:

  • Make sure your address was correctly listed
  • Email us to confirm your package shipment
  • Initiate a lost package claim with:

Pigeon's Roller Skate Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We highly encourage our customers to add a signature confirmation to their order to prevent lost/stolen packages.
