RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, INDEMNITY AND RIGHTS

AGREEMENT

(this "Release")

Conopco, Inc. d/b/a Unilever (hereinafter “Unilever”) for itself and for the benefit of The LIV Group, Inc.

d/b/a Liquid I.V. (hereinafter, “Liquid I.V.”) will be hosting [Liquid IV Hydrate & Skate] at [1324 5th St

Santa Monica, CA 90401] on [8/18 & 8/19(the “Event”) and participant listed below (the “Participant”)

will be participating in the Event, which includes roller skating. The Participant, or the Participant’s parent

or legal guardian on behalf of the Participant, agrees to the following:

Participant hereby releases and holds harmless, Conopco, Inc. d/b/a Unilever, The LIV Group, Inc. d/b/a

Liquid I.V., Amplify Marketing, Inc., the marketing agency for the Event, and each of their respective

affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, promotion and advertising agencies,

successors and assigns, (hereinafter "Released Parties"), FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES,

SUITS, DEMANDS, COSTS, EXPENSES AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER WHICH

THE PARTICIPANT, HIS OR HER HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS OR ASSIGNS MAY

HAVE ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT

LIMITATION, ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURIES, DISABILITY, DEATH OR

OTHER DAMAGE SUFFERED BY THE PARTICIPATNT, OR HIS OR HER HEIRS, EXECUTORS,

ADMINISTRATORS AND ASSIGNS OR ANY OTHER PARTY.

The Participant agrees that his or her participation in the Event is wholly voluntary, and that the Participant

is fully aware of the inherent hazards, dangers and risks involved, including serious injury, death or

disability. The Participant will act reasonably and cautiously during the Event. The Participant recognizes,

understands and agrees that such risk may be due to not only his or her own actions, but also the action,

inaction or negligence of others, the conditions of the premises, or of any of the equipment used at the

Event. The Participant further acknowledges that there are natural factors and occurrences which may

impact on or affect the Participant’s safety and the Participant assumes the risk of such factors and

occurrences. The Participant certifies that: (i) the Participant is in good physical health sufficient to

participate in the Event; (ii) the Participant will not use the roller rink under the influence of alcohol or any

illegal drugs; (iii) the Participant is not taking any medication that would prevent the Participant from safely

participating in the Event, and (iv) the Participant agrees to follow all rules posted at the roller rink and

surrounding areas, instructions from the operating staff of the roller rink, and any code of conduct or other

rules imposed by any promotor or vendor of the roller rink or its operating staff.

The Participant does hereby grant to Liquid I.V. the right to make photographs, videotapes, audio tapes or

other recordings, or likenesses of the Participant (collectively, “Recordings”) before, during or after the

Event and the right to use such Recordings in any way, in any medium, for any business purpose (including,

without limitation, for advertising purposes), without further consideration or compensation and without

limitation as to media, time or territory. The Participant agrees that Liquid I.V. shall have all right, title

and interest (including any copyrights) in and to the Recordings, and the Participant hereby waives any and

all rights relating to any Recordings made before, during or after the Event, including, but not limited to,

any right to inspect or approve any use of the Recordings, any right of privacy or publicity, any copyright,

moral right or personal property right, and any right to injunctive or other equitable relief with respect to

the Recordings. Liquid I.V. does not guarantee that the Participant’s name, image, voice or likeness will

actually be used for any purpose.

The Participant agrees that any disputes arising in connection with this Release will be governed by the

laws of the State of California without regard to its choice of law provisions.

THE PARTICIPANT HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK OF BODILY

INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE TO THE PARTICIPANT ARISING FROM OR IN

CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE RELEASED PARTIES OR

OTHERWISE.

THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL EVENTS HELD AT PIGEON'S ROLLER RINK.

Participant and/or Participant's parent(s) or guardian acknowledge that roller skating

are both inherently dangerous activities that involve risk of accident, property damage,

serious bodily injury and death. By signing this Release, Participant, and/or Participant's

parents(s) or guardian, assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, property damage,

or death arising out of Participant's use of Pigeon's Roller Rink (hereafter both referred

to as the "Rink"). Participant agrees that Pigeon's Roller Rink including without

limitation, all affiliates, divisions, Pigeon's Roller Rink Members, officers, attorneys,

employees, agents, assigns, representatives, or successors (collectively "Pigeon's Roller

Rink"), are not responsible for any injury or damages of Participant arising out of, or

related to, Participant's use of the Rink. Participant and/or Participant's parent(s) or

guardian (collectively "Releasing Parties") hereby waive, release, and forever discharge

any and all claims for damages, loss, personal injury, or death that Releasing Parties

may encounter related to or arising out of Releasing Parties' activities at the Rink. This

Release is intended to fully and completely discharge Pigeon's Roller Rink and all

sponsors of Pigeon Skates Inc and their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers,

directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability for any loss,

damage, or expense that Releasing Parties or Releasing Parties' respective heirs,

assigns and legal representatives may suffer as a result of Releasing Parties' use of the

Rink and surrounding areas, from any cause whatsoever, including without limitation,

any act, omission, error, negligence or breach of contract on the part of Pigeon Skates

Inc. or any sponsors of the Rink, in the operation, supervision, design, maintenance, or

condition of the Rink and all surrounding areas. This release is intended to be as broad

and inclusive as permitted by law, and is intended to be effective and binding upon

Releasing Parties' heirs, next of kin, families, relatives, guardians, conservators,

executors, administrators, trustees and assigns.

Participant certifies that: (a) Participant has been advised to consult a physician before

using the Rink; (b) Participant is in good physical health sufficient to use the Rink; (c)

Participant is not under the influence of alcohol or any illegal drugs; and (d) Participant

is not taking any medication that would prevent Participant from safely using the Rink.

Participant and/or Participant's parent(s) or guardian(s) agree to follow all rules posted

at the Rink and surrounding areas, and instructions from the operating staff of the Rink.

Participant further agrees to abide by the "Code of Skater Conduct" as posted within the

Rink area. Failure to follow the "Code of Skater Conduct" rules posted at the Rink and

surrounding areas, or instructions from the operating staff of the Rink may result in the

termination of Participant's use of the Rink, surrounding areas, and rental skates

without refund. Releasing Parties agree to, at Releasing Parties' sole expense, and with

legal counsel reasonably acceptable to Pigeon's Roller Rink, defend, indemnify and hold

harmless Pigeon's Roller Rink from and against any and all accidents, injuries, liability,

claims, costs or expenses related to any act, error, omission, or negligence of Releasing

Parities, arising out of, or related to, Releasing Parties' use of the Rink and surrounding

areas. Releasing Parties hereby authorize Pigeon's Roller Rink to use any photographs,

videotapes, recordings or any other records taken of Releasing Parties while at the Rink

and surrounding areas for publicity, advertising, or any other legitimate purpose.

Our Roller Rink staff and patrons are expected to follow the rules of our code of

conduct

at all times:

a. No discriminatory language or apparel. While we do not like to monitor what

people wear or say we are adamant about keeping a respectful environment for

all peoples. Discrimination for someone’s sexual orientation, identity, size, race,

religion or any of the like will not be tolerated. We strive to be an inclusive safe

space for all peoples.

b. No harassment. This includes unwelcome gestures, words, stares and unwanted

physical contact of any kind.

c. No eating, chewing gum or drinking (except water while sitting in Grassy Knoll)

are allowed at the rink.

d. No one is allowed to interrupt instruction during a lesson, parents included.

e. No skating outside of the roller rink.

f. If you are under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs you can not skate at the

rink.

g. If you break any of the above rules you will be asked to leave the rink and will not

receive a refund.

BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE, I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM RELEASING PIGEON'S

ROLLER RINK AND ALL SPONSORS OF THE RINK FROM ANY POTENTIAL CLAIMS FOR

DAMAGES CAUSED BY ANY ACT, ERROR, OMISSION OR NEGLIGENCE OF PIGEON'S

ROLLER RINK OR OTHER SPONSORS.
